People
often ask me why I came up with the idea for The Treasure Chest
Software. There are 3 main benefits for this creation. Firstly you may
be one of the many who are intensely frustrated and aggravated by the
lack of an effective filing system on your computer for all your
digital memories such as photos, journals and videos. It can be
intensely frustrating trying to come up with a simple system for
compiling your digital memories. I knew there had to be a better way so
I researched creating a software program to help you achieve this in an
easy to understand and holistic manner.
The
second reason was the realization that you do not tend to plan the way
you save your digital memories with your future generations in mind.
When you pass on your digital memories to your children or future loved
ones you need to compile them so they can easily understand how your
life unfolded. They should be able to literally view this on their
computer or else how will they know what your life involved? There were
no systems that I could find that offered this functionality. I wanted
to create a software program that simplified and centralized all your
family history and many digital memories all into one place on your
computer. This in turn is a system that leaves no doubt about how your
personal experiences and your family history unfolds year by year and
event by event.
The third reason was
quite unique. In 2004 I invented a new technique known as the Challenge
Generation Method (CGM). This concept enables you to have 2 to 3 times
more fun on your holidays or special occasion. It also ended up helping
you capture your special occasions more creatively then ever before
with your digital camera, digital camcorder and journaling. I needed a
simple system that I could incorporate the new Challenge Generation
Method into while also creating a personal family history creation
system. My aim was to offer a system for you to enhance your memories,
compile and record them and create an amazing legacy of your life’s
memories. In turn you would pass this on for your future generations to
literally see how your life unfolded.
